The Sangiovese and Merlot grapes aged in stainless steel tanks give the blend a particularly structured taste with typical Sangiovese tannins mitigated by the softness of Merlot. Interesting mix of ripe red berried fruits that give the right persistence on the palate
Clear wine with a deep ruby red color and good alcoholic consistency.
The nose perceives small ripe red and black berries of black cherry, black currant and blackberry, then hints of walnut husk and dried violet. The taste is dry and well structured with pleasantly angular tannins, mitigated by gentle softness. Long finish with delicious aftertaste of ripe red fruit.
