Available Toscano BIO sizes: 100cc, 250cc, 500cc,750cc, 3 Lt, 5 Lt.

We cultivate Tuscan olive trees:

  • Correggiolo
  • Moraiolo
  • Frantoio
  • Leccino
  • Pendolino

with which we make extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, organic and according to the specification of IGP Toscano.

Olive harvesting takes place by hand as it once was and the extraction of the oil through cold pressing.

Our oil TOSCANO BIO is rich in polyphenols, in particular the excellent availability of Hydroxytyrosol allow us to put on the label:

“Polyphenols in extra virgin olive oil contribute to the protection ofblood lipids from oxidative stress”

The beneficiai effect is obtained through the daily intake of 20 grams of olive oil.

The antioxidant power of hydroxytyrosol and its derived expressed in units of measurement mo TE/gr are 40.000, it results to be 10 times superior of green tea, with double the coenzyme Q10 antioxidant power.

Hydroxytyrosol and its derivates are responsible for the bitter of the oil and the spicy sensation in the throat. Both feelings are symptomatic of an extra touch of health.

Intense green color, tending to yellow.

On the nose:
Elegant fruity with hints of artichoke, herbaceous, almond and tomato.

On the palte:
Sapid and enveloping, with healthy notes of spiciness and bitterness that tend to fade over time.
